Sure, ancient traditions and cultural trends are both good, but “Church” is about so much more!  At SHPC, we see faith as a great adventure!  So…if you’re looking for an intellectually credible faith community that acknowledges there are no easy answers to life’s complex questions; if you are looking for an honest and open spiritual home that accepts people with more questions than answers and with more doubts than certainties; if you are looking for a real and authentic extended family that willingly embraces all kinds of people…then we invite you to discover the adventure of following Christ with us at Stone House!

We gather for worship every Sunday morning at 10am at 9401 Fieldstone Parkway, Toano in the Stonehouse development and would love to have you join us for a latte and conversation!

Book Club: Sunday, June 3, 7pm @ The Melone’s. We’ll be discussing our book of the month “The Faith Club”.

Daniel was way more than the guy who survived a den of hungry lions! Travel back to Babylon and join Daniel–torn from his home and forced into the king’s service. Imagine the pressure of learning a new language and culture…and the shock of discovering your best friends have been tossed into a fiery furnace. Explore exotic sights and smells in a Babylonian bazaar! Kids and adults will find that they’re not much different from Daniel and his friends, who kept their faith in a faithless culture.  Join us the week of July 9-13 from 6:30-8:45pm for this year’s Bible adventure!
